strategy and transformation delivery
From good idea to working system
The strategic doer closes the distance between an approved idea and changed work.
Make the outcome observable
‘Use AI’ and ‘improve efficiency’ are ambitions, not outcomes. Name the user, the work that changes, the expected benefit and the evidence that would show progress.
Build the smallest complete route
A narrow workflow that reaches a real user and handles the common exception teaches more than a broad demonstration. Complete does not mean polished. It means the work can travel from input to useful result.
Stay through adoption
Ownership, training, documentation, feedback and measurement are part of the build. If the team cannot use, question and improve the system, the project has produced an artefact rather than an operating capability.
What to carry into the work
- Define an observable outcome
- Build a narrow complete route
- Assign real decision rights
- Treat adoption as delivery
